Form of workTHE ROLE:
You will report directly to the State Operations Manager and be responsible for managing two performing restaurants and guide them in excellent performance in people development, sales and profit growth, health, safety and systems. There will be a strong emphasis on mentoring and guiding staff and managers and you will never see the same day twice!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the restaurant's teams
- Implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability across 2 locations
- Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and food quality
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a positive and high-performing culture
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and targets
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and provide support as needed

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must have a proven track record of success in QSR management (2 year minimum in restaurant manager capacity), excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to leadership. Additionally, you must have your own car and a valid driver's license, as occasional travel between locations will be required.
