You will report directly to the State Operations Manager and be responsible for managing two performing restaurants and guide them in excellent performance in people development, sales and profit growth, health, safety and systems. There will be a strong emphasis on mentoring and guiding staff and managers and you will never see the same day twice!
Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership and guidance to the restaurant's teams
Implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability across 2 locations
Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and food quality
Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a positive and high-performing culture
Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and targets
