Form of workTip Top Bakeries Victoria is currently seeking applications for a Qualified Baker to work at our Bendigosite, reporting to the Production Supervisor.
Purpose of the role:
The primary purpose of the Qualified Baker role is to:
- Be responsible for various tasks within the food manufacturing processes.
- Prepare basic bread mixes.
- Pick and process orders.
- Follow food safety requirements.
- Assist with Machine Operation.
- Cleaning duties as required.
- Complete operational documentation.
- Carry out manual handling tasks safely.
- Maintaining hygienic equipment and work stations /areas.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Trade Baker qualification
- Ability to work afternoon/night shifts
- Sound communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Passion for food
- Australian citizen or Permanent Resident
You must be able to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster with a shift start time around 7am to 8am of a day, weekly hours 38 hours spread over the five days.
