About The Role:

• Perform all aspects of carpentry work, including measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling various materials.
• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures, such as doors, cabinets, windows, using hand and power tools.
• Collaborate with the project team to interpret blueprints, sketches, and design specifications.
• Ensure projects are completed within the specified timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations on all job sites to promote a safe working environment.
• Identify and select appropriate materials for each project, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, and maintain carpentry tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to address any concerns or changes in project scope.

About You:

• Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficient in using a wide range of carpentry tools and equipment.
• Solid understanding of carpentry techniques, materials, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in all aspects of work.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials when required.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.
• Team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Own tools of trade (to a negotiated degree)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• White Card
• Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident
