After a recent upgrade and development a rare opportunity has arisen to join a high performing, stable kitchen brigade of a prestigious private Club. 

Various positions are available as Full time / Part time / Casual employment

• Well above award Salary

• Salaried position are possible with a 38 hour working week

We are looking for qualified Chefs with following attributes:

• A strength in cooking meat & fish dishes
• A love of cooking and working with excellent produce,
• Strong a la carte experience with the ability to handle busy service,
• An ability to work on their own and in a team,
• Able to take direction and have respect for leadership,
• Likeable personality and ability to fit in well.
