Aussie Kids Kindergarten at Mermaid Waters is seeking passionate, caring Cert III or Diploma Qualified Educators to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful applicants will possess a passion for high quality care and education.
The Qualified Educator position encompasses the following:-
- Nurturing, caring for and educating children aged birth - 5 years
- Assisting in planning and implementing a play-based, emergent curriculum in line with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Delivering consistent high quality care and presentation to all work practices
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with team members, families, children and the wider community
Selection Criteria
- Diploma or Certificate III Qualified (essential)
- Available on a permanent basis
- Current Working with Children Check
- Senior First Aid and CPR, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- A passion and enthusiasm for learning
- A desire to create warm and inviting learning spaces for children
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Be able to enhance a great team environment
- Knowledge of current regulations and Early Years Learning Framework
