The Role
We’re proud of our great culture and the strong team spirit in our Production Plant. You’ll never be bored as the work is fun and you will get plenty of exercise - It’s a fast-moving, hands-on, physical role! Your role of Electrician is responsible for delivering sustainable improvements that ensure our operations objectives are achieved. You will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance team by eliminating potential delays through response time to plant failures and maintenance work performed to determine areas of improvement.
Roster
7 day fortnight – Night shift – 6pm – 6am
Key Responsibilities include:
- Complete all maintenance, inspection and repair tasks as allocated on all aspects of the site plant and equipment
- Effective and timely completion of all plant and equipment maintenance and repair tasks as assigned
- Support the site Maintenance Strategy with reference to CCEP Way for Asset Care
- Ensure all behaviours are aligned with business vision, policies and site objectives
About you:
- Electrical Trade qualifications
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment (FMCG, food production or similar)
- Extensive electrical fault-finding skills
- Sound knowledge of AS/NZ 3000, the Electrical Safety Act, the Electrical Safety Regulation and the Electrical Code of Practice
- Ability to read and produce electrical schematics
- Strong focus on the customer and other people, their concerns and requirements, with a proactive attitude to assisting them
