Qualified Electrician

Workfast are looking for experienced Field Electricians to work for a national, well known electrical telecom and data company across NSW. The company covers a wide range of electrical services, from mining solar, telecomms, data, rail, and much more.

What you get

• Full- time role 
• Company vehicle
• Up to $60ph plus super + overtime ($120,000+ /pa approx)(based on experience and suitability)
• 8-10 hour days, Monday to Friday
  (some Saturday work) (occasional night shift)
• ASAP START

About you

• At least 4 years Licenced Electrician experience
• Valid NSW Electrical Licence
• You must be able to pass a pre employment police check
• Must have a White Card
• Valid NSW drivers licence (Manual preferred)
• Physically fit to carry out labouring work
• Experience in DC and Switchboards
• RIW Card is a bonus but not essential
• Looking for a permanent role with longevity in mind.
• Willing to travel and open to night shifts occasionally 

What you will be doing

• Plan, coordinate and complete electrical work on switchboards and DC power systems
• Make day to day decisions to ensure the projects are delivered in accordance with the scope of the work.
• Liaise with the management team to ensure documentation/reporting is processed and any issues that may affect the project, customer, delivery schedule or profitability are identified.
• Identify OH&S issues that may pose risk by conducting risk assessments, system audits and site inspections
• Assist the Project Manager with the scheduling of project implementations
