Qualified Motor Vehicle Mechanics

Naracoorte Toyota is seeking qualified and experienced Motor Vehicle Mechanics to join our team. Our workshop is challenging, fast paced and caters to a variety of clientele.

Key job functions & Accountabilities
- Service and repair of Motor Vehicles
- Providing expert advice in relation to the mechanical condition of vehicles
- Providing leadership, guidance and direction to Apprentice Technicians and leading by example
- Ensuring compliance with Toyota’s Fix It Right (FIR) Guidelines when diagnosing issues to ensure compliance under Australian Consumer Law
- Working to achieve efficiency in line with set benchmarks
- Having a sound knowledge of, adhering to and promoting the policies of Toyota and the dealership within the workshop
- Contribute to building a positive team spirit

Skills Required
- Automotive Technician/Motor Mechanic qualification (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology)
- Previous on the job experience in similar role
- Understanding the importance of teamwork 
- Interacting with others in a respectful and inclusive manner
- A positive and approachable manner and willingness to work as a team

Previous on the job experience is ESSENTIAL and knowledge of Toyota vehicles is an advantage.

Current Australian Drivers License is essential
Hours of work 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday
Remuneration $65,000 - $75,000per year
