About The Role
As a Retail Store Butcher, you must be a trade qualified butcher responsible for the successful operation of the Meat Department within this upmarket busy supermarket. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality meat products are available to your customers whilst monitoring wastage and operational costs.

Skills & Experience
- Be a trade-qualified butcher
- Have great attention to detail
- Happy to work within a team environment
- Great customer service skills, including a good work ethic
- Have a high standard of personal presentation and cleanliness
