Form of workWe are a high end shop looking for a competent Butcher OR 2nd/3rd year apprentice with or without formal qualifications is OK. Looking for a reliable and hard working person that turns up to their shift and works hard and gets the job done.
If you're an ex-supermarket Butcher that doesn't understand the fast pace of a private shop, do NOT apply. Get the job done properly first time at a reasonable speed and get paid well. Our shop is exceptional and we have a massive customer base from all over QLD. People travel to us to get some of the highest quality Black Angus & Wagyu in the country.
We have gained a great reputation around QLD as the Butcher to go to for the highest quality, world class export grade meat. We sell all the everyday essentials, high end cuts and have the largest range of high marbled Black Angus & Wagyu compared to any other retail Butcher in QLD.
We have a loyal customer base that comes from all over Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and everywhere in between. We have Broncos, QLD Reds, AFL Women & Wallabies players that come in and buy their meat from us. We are the destination butcher to come to for the hardest to get high end Wagyu cuts from Australia's most exclusive producers.
We have expanded our shop and are after a hard working Butcher. We do not break Beef bodies, only Lamb, Goats & bone Birds..
The bulk of the work is slicing out the highest quality carton meat and Wagyu, making gourmet sausages from scratch, preparing gourmet value added products.
You do NOT need to be fully qualified, so long as you can demonstrate your ability.
Pay and hours are negotiable for the right person, based in Springfield Lakes.
