We are a high end shop looking for a competent Butcher OR 2nd/3rd year apprentice with or without formal qualifications is OK. Looking for a reliable and hard working person that turns up to their shift and works hard and gets the job done.

We have a loyal customer base that comes from all over Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and everywhere in between. We have Broncos, QLD Reds, AFL Women & Wallabies players that come in and buy their meat from us. We are the destination butcher to come to for the hardest to get high end Wagyu cuts from Australia's most exclusive producers.
We have expanded our shop and are after a hard working Butcher. We do not break Beef bodies, only Lamb, Goats & bone Birds..
The bulk of the work is slicing out the highest quality carton meat and Wagyu, making gourmet sausages from scratch, preparing gourmet value added products.
You do NOT need to be fully qualified, so long as you can demonstrate your ability.
Pay and hours are negotiable for the right person, based in Springfield Lakes.
