Job Opportunity: Experienced and Qualified Welder
Are you an experienced welder looking for a stable and progressive team environment? Landaco is currently seeking a highly skilled and Qualified Welder to join our team. We offer competitive pay and a supportive work atmosphere, manufacturing products that Australian farmers love to use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and work with detailed CAD drawings.
- Perform MIG welding on mild and stainless steel, with additional stainless TIG welding as required.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Create and use jigs for welding processes.
- Perform general maintenance and other duties as needed.
- Exhibit knowledge of welding carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
- Set up and maintain welding equipment and tools.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in MIG welding of mild and stainless steel.
- Proficiency in stainless TIG welding.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of welding experience.
- Certificate or Trade Qualification in welding (Required).
- Driver's and Forklift Licence (Preferred).
- Ability to pass a weld test on MIG welding.
- Strong time management skills and reliability.
- Safety-conscious mindset at all times.
- Reliable transport.
Benefits & Work Schedule:
- Full-time position with an immediate start.
- Competitive remuneration: $35.00–$40.00 per hour + Superannuation.
- Opportunities for overtime.
- 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
