We are looking for a social/market researcher with hands-on experience of leading qualitative market research projects either with commercial, social or government clients.
The nature of this work is highly bespoke so you will need to have the ability to learn, flex and change moving out of your comfort zone into new and fascinating areas of research.
People are at the heart of any business, and you’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys working as part of a diverse but close-knit team and coaching and mentoring others.
This social research team has enabled successful action on some of the nation’s biggest issues including reframing mental health, border security, climate change, economic reform, domestic violence, disability and childhood trauma.
Projects are largely ad-hoc and tackle the big issues of today. They work at the cross-section of behavioural economics, strategic planning and human centred design. Their quantitative and qualitative expertise is cutting edge, and their consultancy is leaned on by key figures within industry and Government.
You may come from a commercial background in strategy or ad planning, or from traditional market research or evaluation, what is important is a rigorous approach to qualitative research and a genuine interest in market research projects that drive social change. Management consultancy and / or research agency experience will be highly regarded.
