The Position
As QC/QA Associate you will be responsible for assisting the Technical / Quality Assurance Team by performing QC/QA functions.
These include:
- Oversee comprehensive QA programs including pest control, and GMP adherence.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining SOP’s and other controlled procedures and documents
- Preparation of QA documentation to be sent to the customer as required (Product Specification, CoA, CoC, etc)
- Assisting with internal and external audits as per Audit schedule
- Training of personnel in Food Safety and GMP
- Drive organizational effectiveness, implementing change initiatives seamlessly.
- Liaise with production and warehousing staff to promptly address quality concerns.
- Conduct trouble shooting and non-conformance investigations.
- Drive organizational effectiveness, implementing change initiatives seamlessly.
- Investigate and address customer complaints and non-conformances.
- Manage the Approved Supplier Program
- Timely and accurate release of raw Materials, bulk and finished products.
- Correct completion and record keeping of all testing results.
- In process check for the production lines, such as - conducting visual and weight checks.
- Sampling, Testing and Analysis of Bulks and Finished Goods.
- Preparing samples for sending to external laboratories.
- Manage quality records, calibration, and retention samples.
- Drive consumer complaint management and advanced laboratory analyses.
- Any other QA/QC responsibilities required within the scope of responsibility.

- Experience in QA/QC role in cosmetic manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly with peers and managers.
