AddressBalco Australia Pty Ltd is a major supplier of hay and straw products to international markets. Due to the coming season approaching us, we are now seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join the field team based at Balaklava.
Reporting to the Field Account Manager/Field Office Administrator.
The Quality Assurance position will predominantly be responsible for:
- Preparing and testing hay samples as per Balco Quality Assurance standards
The Clerical Admin position will predominantly be responsible for:
- Data Entry
- Preparing hay samples for testing
With both positions at times also assisting with:
- General Lab work (NIR, Nitrate testing)
- Assisting the field team where required
To be successful in these roles you must be able to demonstrate a competent level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office), and be able to work extended hours during peak period including weekend work, although a part-time role may be available for the Clerical Admin position.
The successful person will need to possess the following:
- A good work ethic
- Excellent time management
- Good attention to detail
- Work well in a team environment
- Sound communication skills
Relevant training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Available to start mid to late September through to end December.
