AddressVentia are engaged for the design, construction, financing, and facility management of the Royal North Hospital located in St Leonards. We’re hiring a Quality Assurance Officer for the monitoring and management of quality systems that support the timely and accurate recording of planned and corrective maintenance task in the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

About the role:
- Responsible for auditing contract work orders to ensure they are completed to Ventia standards.
- Generate performance and data reports.
- Archiving and cataloguing service records in the shared library
- Undertake compliance initiatives to ensure that contract staff and subcontractors are fulfilling their obligations under Ventia policy.
- Implementing Data Quality procedures so that CMMS can become a “single source of truth” and used as a basis to make informed decisions about asset replacement, renewals and to identify opportunities for improvement.
About You:
- You must be technologically savvy and be proficient in using Microsoft Suite.
- Demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance and auditing.
- High level interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Be able to work under pressure at times and have a high attention to detail. This will be critical when we are reacting to priority works.
