About the Role:
We are seeking applications for the position of Quality Assurance Engineer for our Head office in Murarrie, Brisbane. You’ll be part of a supportive team, backed by your Leader to grow and achieve your own personal goals in the team. This role is a full-time position Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Apply Statistical process control approach in data analytics/validation for driving continuous improvements to improve yield for NOJA Power Product portfolio;
- Implementation of QMP’s (Quality Management Plans), ITP’s (Inspection and Test Plans) for all products at NOJA Power;
- Maintain NOJA Power Document Management System for key stake holders;
- Deployment of Integrated Management System (IMS) and maintain IMS certification for NOJA Power;
- Author and auditor of procedures, checklists and forms for quality team at NOJA Power
- Conduct Supplier assurance audits for qualifying new suppliers as required by NOJA Power
- Non-conformance management, applying appropriate RCA (Root Cause Analysis) techniques to prevent recurrence;
- Conduct planned internal audits to identify and improve existing gaps at NOJA as part of Continual Improvement Campaign;
- Assisting procurement team in developing and drafting supplier quality agreements for supply contracts with key suppliers;
- Focal point for implementing and maintaining cloud based QHSE system;
- Internal and External stakeholder relationships to ensure focus on quality and continuous improvement;
- Analysing quality risks and implementing controls at corporate level;
- Adhere to quality policies and procedures always implemented at NOJA Power;
- Perform other activities as directed by the Quality Manager;
What You’ll bring:
- Bachelor qualifications in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or certificate course in Quality Assurance;
- Experience in manufacturing processes with quality and continuous improvement focus;
- Lean and 5S experience is advantage but not mandatory;
- Knowledge on implementation of ISO system at workplace;
- Experience in maintaining Document Management systems;
- Knowledge on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards;
- Certified internal auditor;
- Excellent knowledge of MS office and Power BI with data analysis;
