As the Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation and ongoing enhancement of our Salesforce Sales and Revenue Clouds. This role involves creating and executing QA workflows to assist the delivery team during the project phase and providing continual support to users and team members post-implementation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating test cases, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and automating performance and regression testing.
The ideal candidate will have experience with a Quality Assurance remit within an agile development process and have experience with supporting key transformational initiatives.
Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
Design and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on system requirements and documentation.
Conduct UAT and coordinate with end-users to validate business processes and Salesforce functionalities.
Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks for performance and regression testing.
Identify, record, and document thoroughly and track bugs through resolution.
Provide feedback to the development team and ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements.
Offer post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with the team to resolve them in a timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the Salesforce implementation lifecycle.
Stay current with new testing tools and test strategies, and improve testing processes by recommending innovative solutions.
What you will bring:
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role in Salesforce environments.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Revenue Clouds, and an understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalities.
Experience in creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and performance/regression testing.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify system deficiencies and inconsistencies.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a capacity to think out of the box and work under pressure.
Experience with integration and API testing.
The ability to guide development efforts and strategy.
Experience with Jira and an agile working environment.
Experience in producing and maintaining technical documentation.
Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes via best practice change management processes.
DevOps/release management experience.
