What you’ll deliver with us
As our Quality Assurance Engineer, you will bring a shift quality left approach, champion and coach quality within the Agile development process, advocate for best practices and ensure that quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
You’ll also
- Develop, implement and maintain automated and manual test scripts covering all aspects from the beginning of testing to the Release into Deployment.
- Work closely with quality engineering leads in defining test automation framework.
- Contribute to uplift of Quality Craft and capability to leverage across functional teams.
- Champion and coach quality within the Agile development process, advocating for best practices and ensuring that quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand project requirements, technical architecture to determine testing solutions and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Define and track key quality metrics (e.g., defect density, test coverage, regression rates) to assess the health of software releases and drive continuous improvement effort.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of test standards and best practices to the organisation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in API testing, authorization, authentication, and GCP cloud services.
- Proactively identify and document software defects, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining detailed records of test cases and results.
- Participate in test planning, strategy, and estimation activities to contribute to overall project success.
- Collaborate with other testing houses including Security, Accessibility and Performance testing teams to conduct non-functional testing.

- Exp working in a DevOps environment.
- Uplifting quality practices to align with our craft.
- Data mining within large data sets to predict outcomes using BigQuery Or Sumo Logic.
- Creating test scripts from user stories
