You'll be responsible for
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations, laws and Codes of Practice.
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team, providing guidance, training and support as needed.
- Conduct regular Quality Assurance to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Analyse quality data and metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for process and compliance optimisation.
- Monitor, analyse and report on enterprise wide complaints Quality and Assurance results
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
About you
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance, process improvement, or a related field within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks including RG271 and the General Insurance Code of Practice.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to implement and execute a Quality Assurance framework, analyse results, and identify improvements.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data and identify trends and provide solutions.
