Established in 2009, the company has always focused on promoting Indian culture by supplying key products for worshipping like flowers, beetle leaves from Indian temples to retailers etc , Indian kitchen products and quality and healthy food products.

Fresh Jasmines Pty Ltd is looking to hire Quality Assurance Managerfor ongoing business.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Implement and refine QA protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure quality is maintained
• Review and assess supplier quality and collaborate on improvement initiatives.
• Lead routine quality audits and inspections, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.
• Plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the deployment of quality systems and certification processes
• Provide training to various teams, emphasizing the importance of quality standards.
• Respond to customer feedback and complaints, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
• Keep updated on industry changes, regulations, and best practices to ensure our products are always of the highest quality.

To be successful for this position, you must possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, however, adequate experience may replace formal qualification requirements.
• Proactive attitude with good communication skills.
