SalaryAn exciting opportunity exists for an outgoing and self-motivated individual who wishes to make their mark in the managed print services sector located in Melbourne CBD and outer suburbs.
We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Officer/ Team Leader within our Victorian Customer Service team. This is a Full-Time position that we are looking to fill immediately Monday - Friday.
About the Role
The role will involve the following duties, but is not limited to:
- Conducting QA site visitations in collaboration with team members, customers and key clients
- Develop and foster strong relationships within the team including the supervisor, team members and customer account managers
- Mentoring and training team members
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Revise and update Quality Assurance documentation
- Site stock control measures, reporting and stocktakes
In addition you will also be required to cover planned and unplanned staff leave when required. This involves:
- Attending to the printers across customer sites, replenishing paper and replacing toner cartridges
- Performing basic trouble shooting on printer devices and cleaning the devices as necessary
- Offering training and support to office staff on the use of their multi-function print devices.

- Excellent communication, written and customer service skills
- Self motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Well presented
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to tap into customers needs and provide best possible levels of service
- Technical/IT experience preferred
- Competient in the use of PCs and Microsoft Office suite
Additionally, all applicants must hold the following to be considered for this role:
- Australian Citizenship/Permanent Residency
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Current drivers licence without restrictions
- Access to a vehicle
