We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Quality Assurance Officer (internally referred to as Packaging Quality Analyst)to join our Tooheys Packaging Team in Lidcombe on a Permanent Full-Time Night Shift basis. The working hours will be Sunday to Thursday 10pm to 6am.
Reporting to the Packaging Quality leader, you will:
- Support site performance achievement by driving a quality culture through coaching & building capability in production team members.
- Assist production teams by being a key part of New Product Development and changes to packaging and brewing specifications.
- Support and provide expertise with product quality testing and support packaging material non-conformance activities.
- Ensuring key analytical equipment is available and fit for purpose.
About You:
- Experienced in coaching & building quality capability with non-technical team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment.
- Quality experience in manufacturing or food and beverage environments.
- A degree in biological sciences, chemistry, food technology or related disciplines is essential.
