About the Business
Hardwick's Meatworks, part of Kilcoy Global Foods, is a red meat processing facility located in Kyneton, Victoria. Kyneton is a thriving country township situated in the beautiful Macedon Ranges Shire. We have been operating for 50 years and are committed to serving our customers with the highest quality products across domestic & export markets.
We currently have a vacancy within our Quality Assurance Department for a Quality Assurance (QA) Administrator. The successful candidate will support the operational teams by assisting the business to achieve its operational and strategic goals.
The role's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordination QA correspondence in and out.
- Coordinate meetings internally and externally including preparation and distribution of agendas, presentations, action items and notes.
- Follow up and monitoring of any action items from meetings and workshops.
- Assist with preparation and distribution of team presentations.
- Note taking, preparation and distribution.
- Co-ordinate with other functions of the business the follow-up of information and documents.
- Undertake any other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth functioning of the office, including but not limited to, general office administration.
- Document control including scanning, collecting and organising QA and related documents and dockets and distribution to correct parties
