AND A LITTLE ABOUT, WHAT WE'RE REALLY LOOKING FOR…
- Energetic person that has a strong sense of teamwork and a positive work ethic – that real hospo lurve!
- Proven experience in a similar role (2 years minimum)
- You must show real drive, determination and an ability to coach and motivate staff
- A high level of food & beverage knowledge, and the ability to spark engaging conversations with our fantastic customers
- Most importantly.. exceptional customer service skills

- Lead by example, taking charge of your team, supervising, mentoring, and assessing their performances
- Bring fun and fresh ideas to the table that can enhance customer service and operations
