About You

We're seeking a meticulous Manual Tester/QA Analyst to safeguard the quality and reliability of our software. Collaborate with our Product, Development, and Customer Success teams, conducting in-depth testing to refine user experience. Key Skills:

• Proficient in manual functional testing.
• Skilled in creating testing scenarios from process documentation.
• Comprehensive understanding of QA's role in the SDLC.
• Proven track record of resolving complex issues.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Continuous Integration, and other modern development tools.
• Experienced in software & project delivery, including planning and test strategy development.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of drive and ownership.
• At least 2 years in software quality control or development.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements to define testing scope and identify potential issues.
• Craft detailed test plans, strategies, and schedules, including risk mitigation.
• Create test cases for comprehensive coverage, including functional, non-functional, and edge cases.
• Execute tests manually or with automation tools, maintaining strict adherence to testing standards.
• Document and communicate defects, ensuring robust quality control.
• Conduct regression testing, validate enhancements, and retest fixes.
• Maintain thorough documentation for compliance and reference.
