About the Role
We are seeking a Quality Benchmarking and Reporting Analyst, for a Permanent - Full-Time role opportunity in THQ Blackburn.
Purpose of the Role
The Quality Benchmarking and Reporting Analyst is responsible for developing and disseminating accurate and timely reporting and insights into quality performance and improvement activities across The Salvation Army (TSA) to support strategic decisions and oversight. It is a key enabler that provides TSA with the ability to measure, analyse, monitor, and manage service safety, effectiveness, person-centredness, and seamlessness.
The role will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and address requirements for the development of business intelligence and the provision of reports across the organisation. Working with key stakeholders, activities include;
- Develop, implement and improve systems and reports.
- Coordinate and execution committee reporting activities
- Undertake data accuracy assurance activities.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager, Benchmarking and Reporting, your key responsibilities are:
- Coordinate activities required to create quality performance reports for the Board Quality and Safety Committee. Activities include (but are not limited to):
- Data collection from established stakeholders.
- Reviewing incidents and feedback data.
- Creating Quality and Safety Committee dashboard reports.
- Provide data, insights, and analysis in quality performance to identify high-risk areas for quality improvement.
- Actively improve data analytics and Reporting processes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT systems.
- Identify high-risk areas, provide insights into the areas for quality improvement and actively improve data analytics and Reporting processes.
- Provide incident and complaint data and insights as requested by stakeholders.
- Contribute to developing the system for capturing, measuring, and Reporting performance against KPIs and benchmarks.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in data analytics, IT or related fields
- Intermediate knowledge and or experience in building PowerBI dashboards
- Demonstrated experience with MS Excel (Advanced), MS Word (Advanced), and MS PowerPoint (Intermediate)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative customer-oriented approach and open to continuous learning
- Experience within a Community, Social, Health Services or similar industry will be highly favourable
Requirements of the Role
- A national police and WWCC check is required.
