Our client is seeking a dedicated Quality Business Partner to join their team. Here’s your chance to make a difference in maintaining top-tier quality standards.
As a Quality Business Partner you will be required to:
- Coordinate and maintain site quality management systems under the guidance of QA and Regional Managers.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Compile QMS reports and related documentation.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate corrective actions.
- Manage administrative tasks such as record archiving and filing.
- Compile CPM graphs and collate CIC data.
- Ensure completion of HACCP and certification verification activities.
- Act as a liaison for certification bodies and onsite audits.
- Conduct calibration checks and maintain non-conformance databases.
- Manage data for online quality checks and maintain relevant documentation.
- Collate and report weekly/monthly requirements.
- Ensure compliance with customer quality standards.
- Assist with investigations and risk assessments during food safety incidents.
- Drive continuous QA improvement initiatives and strategies.
- Tertiary Food Science or equivalent qualifications (Desirable).
- Industry experience in food manufacturing.
- Proficiency in audit processes, corrective actions, and QMS reports.
- Competency with MS Office suite.
