Job description

We are excited to offer the role of Quality Complaints Manager.

Lead, coach and develop a small team, responsible for receiving, investigating and responding to consumer Quality Complaints and quality queries. This exciting leadership role works closely with our Product Safety team to identify key issues and concerns, and then working with our manufacturing teams and contract manufacturing partners to continuously strive to achieve the highest level of product quality.

This role is based onsite at our head office and packaging facility in Warriewood, Sydney.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create a team culture of continuous improvement and agile approach to change
  • Liaise with manufacturers as part of issue investigations
  • Coach and mentor a team of two, creating a high-performing environment
  • Promote standardisation across brands and markets
  • Ensure the effective processing of customer complaints and quality queries

Who are you?

  • A hands-on, collaborative leader who develops strong stakeholder relationships
  • Previous experience leading a small team, who strives to create a positive team culture
  • Previous experience within a highly regulated GMP environment, handling product Quality Complaints
  • Strong knowledge of GMP quality systems
