Customer Service Officer

Public Sector People are proudly partnered with a local government organisation to recruit for Customer Service Officer on a temporary basis. 
 
Position: Customer Service Officer
Contract: 3 month contract with potential to extend
Hourly Pay Rate: $36 p/h + Super

Must be able to work between 3 service centres (Ashfield, Petersham and Leichhardt) once initial training is completed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional Customer Service over the phone, face to face, and via emails
• Respond to customer requests, and follow up on customer requests via phone or email where necessary Continue
• Guide customers on navigating organisation website, assist with bookings, and complaints handling

Essential: 

• Call centre experience
• Valid Australian Drivers Licence
• Local government experience and/or experience with TRIM or TechOne
