Position: Customer Service Officer
Contract: 3 month contract with potential to extend
Hourly Pay Rate: $36 p/h + Super
Must be able to work between 3 service centres (Ashfield, Petersham and Leichhardt) once initial training is completed
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service over the phone, face to face, and via emails
- Respond to customer requests, and follow up on customer requests via phone or email where necessary Continue
- Guide customers on navigating organisation website, assist with bookings, and complaints handling
- Call centre experience
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Local government experience and/or experience with TRIM or TechOne
