Cockburn Toyota is seeking a highly motivated and detail-orientated Quality Control Manager to perform thorough quality checks throughout the new/fleet vehicle builds.
Reporting to the Service Manager you will work as part of a solid team to ensure work is carried out at the highest standard and that guest satisfaction is always exceeded.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitor and manage the quality of work produced by our technicians
- Oversee the builds of high end mine spec vehicles
- Working alongside our large fleet company vehicle inspectors to ensure all builds meet their requirements.
- Check over all vehicles leaving our facility to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Ensuring commitment and compliance to OHS and other company policies.
- Contribution to reaching monthly customer satisfaction targets.
What we are looking for:
- Qualified Technician or Auto Electrician with exceptional technical knowledge
- Toyota and mine spec experience is preferable
- Leadership experience
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various departments
- A current Driver's License
