About The Role
As our Quality Control Partner you will be working closely with the region’s Quality Business Partner. The Quality Control Partner is responsible for identifying and monitoring conformance with quality and clinical policies, procedures and practices and measuring quality outputs through systematic auditing and inspections;
- Support and monitor the collection and reporting of the Quality and Safety Indicators and the National Aged Care Mandatory Quality Indicator data for a portfolio of homes
- Contribute to the development of improvement plans and monitor progress of agreed milestones
- Establish and sustain key internal relationships with the local management team
- Prepare reports and recommendation improvements to policies, procedures, and education programs
About You
Make a difference by Identifying risks/opportunities for improvement through auditing, investigation, data analysis, interpretation, observation and interviewing;
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a clinical setting
- Qualification in nursing or another health related discipline
- Demonstrated understanding and application of quality management
- Experience in auditing and inspection and interpretation of clinical data
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills
- Demonstrated high level reflective and critical analysis skills
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
