Due to increased project work, our client is now seeking a Quality Document Coordinator to manage & control all documentation on major project.
About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Manager, key responsibilities include:
- Support document management processes & coordinate internal documentation.
- Track & maintain project documentation status for the project team.
- Prepare & updated project documentation KPI's.
- Ensure all documents are quality checked & with revised changes are recorded in the Document Management System.
- Complete training administration requirements to add training to new project employee profiles.
- Troubleshoot workflows & generate relevant reports.
- Actively participate in team meetings.
- Tertiary qualifications highly desirable.
- Sound experience with reviewing, scanning & control of all documents within a project environment.
- Good attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal & organisational skills.
- Sound communication & interpersonal skills.
- Sound MS Office Skills & document management system experience.
- Ability to liaise at all levels.
