About the Role:
We are currently seeking a SharePoint Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint and will be responsible for a variety of tasks including document control, contract management, and general administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Control: You will be responsible for locating all copies of the executed contracts from various sources and implementing an improved document control process. This includes saving all executed contracts in the relevant SharePoint.
Contract Management: You will compare the agreement database and FD contract list to identify any changes in ownership. You will also assist and facilitate contract resigning with guidance.
General Administration: You will perform general administration and coordination activities to support the team.
- Proven experience with SharePoint is mandatory.
- Experience in document control and contract management.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
