SalarySeeking a Quality and Education Manager to join a large Aged Care Facility in the South East of Melbourne.
As the Quality and Education Manager you will play a crucial role in identifying improvement opportunities, providing hands-on support to address gaps, and coaching the leadership team to ensure sustainability in quality care and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Registered Nurses, Care Managers and the General Manager to uphold quality standards.
- Oversee all Quality and Education in the home.
- Report directly to the GM, maintaining a direct line of communication for seamless coordination.

- Bachelor of Nursing or Equivalent is essential with current AHPRA is essential
- Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care and Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Proven track record in delivering quality clinical care, coaching, delivering training
- Possesses excellent clinical assessment skills and care planning capabilities
- Ability to foster a team environment and build collaborative relationships
- Highly effective communication, leadership and relationship management skills
- An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
