ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of the Chisholm Leadership Group (CLG) you will lead the implementation and maintenance of the Chisholm’s Vocational Quality Framework. You will provide subject matter expertise on educational excellence including quality and compliance processes.
Your key accountabilities will be to:
- Lead the implementation and operationalisation of Chisholm’s Vocational Education Quality Framework, creating an efficient and effective framework, ensuring consistency of approach is realised across all education business areas.
- Focus on quality and compliance with processes and procedures through educational delivery areas.
- Support and coordinate external quality and regulatory audits.
- Support the development of strategies, policies and procedures to build organisational capability in Academic Quality and governance requirements.
- Ensure operational activities are appropriately resourced, monitored and evaluated according to the overarching operations strategy.
ABOUT YOU
You will have the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in management or Academic Quality, or extensive experience in a related discipline
- Diploma VET (TAE50116) or higher Adult VET Teaching qualification
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or VET qualification that meets the Standards for RTOs 2015
- And must meet the Fit and Proper Person Requirements under the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015
Crucial to your success will be your proven experience in Academic Quality as well as regulatory and contractual compliance. You are a highly organised and motivated and will have experience in coordinating audits. You will have great interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders in a highly collegiate manner. Resilience and strategic thinking will favourably position your for success in this role.
