We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Afternoon Shift Quality Team. The role will see you providing leadership and support across the business in the areas of Food Safety, food quality, regulatory and legislative affairs, product development, product and process improvement, ingredient and packaging knowledge, and general technical support. If you are passionate about food and Food Safety come and work in a fun and exciting environment with a team of like minded individuals.
To be successful you will need to:
- Have a solid understanding of food standards, HACCP, WHS and GMP
- Undertake daily freezer and chiller temperature checks for site.
- Undertake daily calibration of key equipment required to be used by the production team.
- Conduct daily testing of chemical concentrations of cleaning equipment.
- Work with the production team to ensure start up checks are completed, verify online checks and cooking checks are completed during production, and provide line clearance at the start and end of each production run.
- Be confident to work autonomously and make decisions
- Work with operational staff to ensure compliance to Beerenberg quality and Food Safety standards, policies, procedures and work instructions
