About your new team Chief Customer Office is responsible for the planning, operational management and delivery of enhancements to the City of Gold Coast’s transport network. With around 185 staff across four units, the branch oversees an annual budget in excess of $186 million (2022-23) to deliver capital works, supporting operational projects and planning initiatives. Chief Customer Office works under the strategic intent of the City’s Council Plan and implements the Gold Coast City Transport Strategy 2031. This framework seeks to ensure the city has a safe and efficient transport system which is responsive to the needs of the community and supports the achievement of economic, environmental and social objectives.
