The Quality & Improvement lead will be experienced in quality audits, development, implementation and review of clinical and service delivery standards for Aged care Health & Home Quality Standards Great work/life balance - office hours Monday-Friday Base salary $119k - Not for profit generous Salary Sacrifice Permanent Full Time
To be successful in this role you will have
Demonstrated experience in the auditing, development, implementation and review of clinical and service delivery standards for Aged Care health and home. Sound knowledge of legislation, regulations and quality standards for aged Care health and home. An understanding of the Healthcare quality and compliance standards and the ability to pragmatically apply them in an operational setting
The ability to build positive relationships and work in partnerships with service delivery teams to achieve outcomes A strong background in developing and delivering training and coaching in the clinical space combined with a track record in driving continuous improvement initiatives
Skills and qualities required
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with a systematic, thorough and accurate approach to your work Resilience and the ability to adapt quickly in a large fast paced environment Exceptional stakeholder relationship building skills
