We seek a skilled and experienced professional to contribute to the seamless operation of our services and support our business expansion.

This opportunity is a full-time position (38 hours per week).
Position Responsibilities and Tasks
- Review instructions and inspect surfaces to determine the type of work and material required.
- Conduct on-site preparations, including erecting scaffolding, placing protective drop sheets, and covering fixtures.
- Remove old paint or wallpaper using suitable methods.
- Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, filling holes, and smoothing surfaces.
- Apply paint to walls and structures using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
- Assess paint colours, mix and match pigments using various techniques and tools.
- Cleaning and Maintenance of tools with appropriate cleaning agents, properly dispose of used materials, and pack away equipment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications.
- Understand and adhere to industry safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Relevant qualification at Certificate III or Certificate IV level
- At least two years of full-time work experience as a painter
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
- Demonstrated positive attitude and teamwork ability.
- Able to work efficiently with and without supervision.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to Painting and construction.
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $73,200 to $80,000 plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
