About the role
At Scalabrini our people and residents are at the heart of everything we do.
We are looking for an inspired Quality Manager to ensure Scalabrini’s systems and processes uphold compliance with quality assurance principle and accreditation standards. Working with our team of Quality Coordinators, Managers and Clinicians across our 6 villages, you will ensure that Scalabrini provides quality assurance strategies and solutions for our people.
As a member of the Quality Team, you will help develop, implement and monitor the existing programs across each Village’s business plan for accreditation; Utilise established processes to collect data for continuous quality improvement initiatives; own the process for policies and manuals for the Organisation and consistently review systems and processes to identify deficiencies and/or inconsistencies in meeting accreditation, funding outcomes and best practice principles.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of the Aged Care sector
- Experience in participation and successful Aged Care Accreditation
- Demonstrated experience in identifying, delivering and managing quality assurance strategies and solutions
- Strong attention to detail in organising, monitoring, reporting and delivering continuous improvement, auditing, documentation and systems.
- Enjoy rolling up your sleeves to work with the business in identify training and development needs
- Confidence in your ability to contribute in the quality and assurance space
- Owning and developing policies
- Strong knowledge of applicable government legislation
- Relevant qualifications in Quality Assurance to support this role

The successful applicant will need to meet the requirements of a Criminal History Check as per the Aged Care Act 1997.
