About this role
Are you a natural collaborator who is passionate about planning and executing diverse and innovative projects? We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Melbourne Advisory team and assist with the delivery of project work, help us to develop new services and winning new work across the transport, water, energy, and health industries.
What will I do?
- Contribute to the successful delivery of projects or programs, collaborating closely with external clients and internal stakeholders across Arup
- Assist with or lead the preparation and coordination of deliverables such as business cases, feasibility studies, risk assessments, reports, approvals and procurement documentation
- Assist more junior project managers to undertake project work and develop their skills and experience
- Contribute to the development of bids and proposals
- Work collaboratively within a mutually supportive team environment with a focus on team success
What will I bring?
- 3+ years consulting experience with a project management or professional services firm, or client-side experience.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, architecture, business, economics or similar and professional membership with relevant professional bodies (or working towards)
- You will have a mix of practical and theorical PM knowledge.
- Project Management skills to provide support to the project Lead on projects and programs across scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, issues and procurement.
- Experience in one or more sectors including water, transport infrastructure, energy, cities, science and industry
