Our modular building factory is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Officer with experience in the construction insustry to join our team. As a Modular Building QA officer, you will have the opportunity to work in a World Class Facility, driving our Culture of Excellence in Quality on our beautiful modular buildings. This means you get to work out of the elements while still enjoying the satisfaction of a job well done while witnessing the hum of a motivated and Legendary Construction Team.
Core Accountabilities:
- Drive quality and safety improvements to maximise efficiencies
- Work with the team and ensure that standard practices are followed
- Ensure buildings are defect free and audited at the required stages
- Ensure documented standard practices are kept current
Deliverables:
- Implement standards and practices to maximise quality
- Maintain auditing schedule to ensure output quality exceeds customer expectations
- Focus on continuous improvement of practices to flawlessly execute all construction functions
- Actively promote a safe work environmentInstall roofs on brand new modular buildings
Core Accountabilities:
- Carpentry, building expertise with trade certificate
- Have a great eye for detail and accuracy
- Be an organised and efficient person that likes to be up to date and on top of things
- Work well in a high performing team
- Great coaching attributes with high emotional intelligence
Experience:
- Carpentry trade certificate
- Construction White card
