About the role
The Quality Practice Lead forms part of the Quality and Practice Leadership Team and will be required to develop, implement, monitor and report on Operational plans for their assigned responsibilities and do this with a detailed understanding of contemporary service delivery within a person-centred services environment and NDIS Qualtiy & Safeguarding Framework. Key responsibilities of this role inlcude practice reviews (audits), Quality Practice Leadership, incident management, along with proactively providing coaching opportunities when reviewing processes or onsite visits.
