We seek an experienced Quality & Risk Manager who is passionate to lead the management of our Risk, Quality, Safety and Compliance Systems.

You will be:

• Passionate to lead the management of our Risk, Quality, Safety and Compliance Systems
• Able to manager a small team and inspiring a staff of 250 to be risk aware and compliant
• Developing and monitor and continuously improve the risk, quality, safety systems across our organisation

The facilities and services are continually monitored for compliance against the governing legislation and regulations of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (ACQSC). Accreditation readiness is a key accountability of this position. 

To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:

• Tertiary qualifications in healthcare
• Quality, risk or related discipline,
• Extensive management experience
• Experience in Aged Care or similar setting
• Right to work in Australia
