Based in NSW and reporting to the National Quality Manager, the role of Quality Specialist includes the following key responsibilities:
- Assist with the delivery of a strategic audit program and compliance management support function
- Provide considerable technical support for content development and content delivery
- Facilitate and support Quality Assurance Framework, ISO 9001, National Standards for Disability Services and External Systems Assurance Framework certifications
- Provide regional support and monitoring for Workforce Australia and Disability Employment Services
- Assist in identifying and evaluating changes and issues in relation to processes and services
- Assist with the development and maintenance of integrated supporting resources for Employment Plus staff
- Pursue innovative solutions and deliver results within a rigorous compliance framework.
- Review and assess customer feedback and complaints received
- Support technical training and coach staff on continuous improvement
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the Employment Services Industry, including Workforce Australia or Disability Employment Services programs
- Understanding of Australian Government compliance and quality measures.
- Ability to take ownership of actions, objectives and performance; driving tasks and projects through to completion
- Ability to proactively develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships to facilitate the achievement of work goals
- Implementation of commercial, business focused new initiatives
- Experience in adult learning and blended learning initiatives
- Ability to plan, prioritise and achieve high performance goals in a team environment
- Work performed to a high standard and sound computer literacy in common applications
- Driver Licence preferred
