The Role:
An experienced Quality Systems Coordinator is needed to oversee quality and risk management frameworks which are critical to the ongoing delivery of quality products and services in a safe manner.
This role will actively define and maintain quality frameworks and provide advice, support and coaching across these areas. As a key partner in maintaining our management systems and working closely with our Senior Management Team, you will ensure and maintain a positive risk-based focus across your tasks, including:
- Define and develop key Quality Management System frameworks and processes and ensure continued certification to ISO9001
- Review and verify the application of existing/new systems/processes
- Lead and monitor investigations into quality incidents and non-conformances
- Develop, implement and monitor corrective actions as a result of quality incident investigations and assess corrective action effectiveness
- Develop and deliver annual internal quality audit plans

- Demonstrated experience in the management of Quality Systems including an understanding of ISO9001 certification

- Strong oral & written communication skills
- Well-developed organisational and planning skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with executives and management teams at a strategic level
- Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing industry or engineering environment
