- Designing and running a range of customised research projects using quantitative methodologies. This includes inputting into proposals, survey design and data analysis
- Working in collaboration with qualitative and trends experts on mixed method projects
- Building rapport with clients and working hard to understand the needs of their business
- Get involved and learn about Cultural Insights and behavioural theories
- Synthesising, analysing and contextualising data
- Putting together impactful creative outputs that show meaningful and inspiring narratives
- c3+ years’ quantitative experience at an insights agency
- Experience of primary ad hoc quant in a full-service role
- Strong technical/stats skills – Q, SPSS
- Strong writing, communication and presentation skills
- You are obsessed with brands and fascinated with human behaviour
- You love chatting to clients and building lasting relationships
- You are outgoing, vibrant, energetic and curious
