ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role by working on large scale projects across Health, Commercial, Education, Residential, Infrastructure sectors. This will allow you to enhance your skill set and project portfolio. In this position, you will be given the golden opportunity to work closely and attain guidance from industry experts whilst working alongside qualified Quantity Surveyors.
DUTIES.
- Initiate budgets and benchmarks
- Manage bank draw down reports
- Pre-tender Estimates
- Manage Variations & Progress Claims
- Pre Contract and Post Contract work
- A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years Professional Quantity Surveying in Australia
