Qube Cadet Program 2024 | IT

About the Program:
The Qube Cadet Program sets the framework for recent graduates and high-school leavers to enter the logistics and/or transport industry via Qube.
This 2-year program sees graduates gain experience within several parts of the business.
Throughout the course of the 2-year program, not only do we provide training and mentoring at every stage of development, but there are regular check-ins with the Qube team so you can stay engaged with your Qube journey.

Role: Full Time
Our Cadet IT role is an entry-level position where recent school leavers, graduates or those in early stages of their IT careers, are given the opportunity to gain practical experience and develop their skills. The specific rotations can vary depending on the needs of our company and the nature of the IT department.
Rotations can include:

• Support desk officer
• Data Analytics
• Business Analyst
• Product Development

Opportunities available:
All of our cadets have the opportunity to choose if they would like to further their education while completing the program, with a number of certificates available, including:

• Cert III in Business
• Cert III in Driver Operations
• Cert III in Information Technology
• Cert III in Supply Chain Logistics
